John W. Alchemy, MD
Dr. John Alchemy is founder and CEO of Impairment Rating Specialist. Dr. Alchemy has been practicing Occupational and Family Medicine since 1997, and is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice. He has additional certificates of education from the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME), the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO) and is also a California Qualified Medical Examiner (QME). Dr. Alchemy brings his years of experience as a staff physician, utilization review physician and clinic director to offer the industry's best, comprehensive reports and impairment rating formatting services.

Eric Schmidt, MD, Orthopedics
Dr. Eric Schmidt is our Director of Orthopedics and Complex Shoulder Program. Dr. Schmidt has been practicing as a pioneer in arthroscopic orthopedic surgical medicine since 1998. He is an expert in complex shoulder injuries and surgical revisions. Dr. Schmidt has extensive experience in Workers' Compensation and Medical Legal evaluations. He has served as consultant and lecturer in both technical industry and academic settings. Dr. Eric Schmidt is currently the CEO and Medical Director of NorCal Specialty Surgery Center. Henry DeGroot, MD
Dr. Henry DeGroot is our Program Director of Dermatologic Disease and Surgery. Dr. DeGroot has been practicing Dermatology since 1998, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. He has experience as an Occupational Medicine Dermatology consultant, and currently is the CEO and Medical Director of NorCal Skin Disease and Surgery. He has clinics in Santa Rosa and Ukiah in Northern California. Dr. DeGroot has remained active in teaching and holds academic appointments with both UC Davis and UC San Francisco. Bradford Stiles, MD
Dr. Bradford Stiles is our Southern California Lead Physician Associate. Dr. Stiles has been practicing Occupational and Family Medicine since 1997. Dr Stiles is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and also completed a Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine in 1998. He is currently the Medical Director and CEO of California Sports and Industrial Medical Center. Daniel Brown, DC
Daniel Brown, DC, is our director of Chiropractic services program. He has been a California Qualified Medical Examiner (QME) since 2002, and has 22+ years experience in workers’ compensation. He was co-founder of Synergy Medical Group, Inc., a multi-disciplinary physical medicine practice. Phil Neal Walker, ESQ
Phil Neal Walker, Esquire, is our Director of Legal Review. Mr. Walker is founder and CEO of Phil Neal Walker Law Corporation and Walker World Wide, the first International Workers' Compensation law company. Mr. Walker is a Professional Speaker, Teacher, and National Trial Counsel for California workers’ compensation and Longshore defense based in San Francisco, California. For over 20 years, he has represented California’s largest airlines, shipyards, steel companies, retailers, universities, and insurers in workers’ compensation and Longshore matters.
Mr. Walker is a member of the Bars of California, New York, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Walker is the author of The AMA Guides Made Simple, scheduled Keynote Speaker for the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine Annual Meeting in 2009, and Featured Speaker at the SEAK National Workers' Compensation Law Conference in 2009.
